Ako Koizumi・ 小泉 亜子

神奈川県、横浜市出身。高校卒業後渡米し、サンタモニカカレッジにて、演技とコミュニケーションを専攻。卒業後は、2007年度のミス・ユニバース日本大会に参加するため帰国、ファイナリストに選ばれる。2008年からFOXインターナショナルチャンネルズの「BACKSTAGE PASS」にてメインパーソナリティを務めており、レッドカーペットインタビュー等で、数多くの映画スターや監督にインタビューをしている。2009年にボビー中西のもとで、マイズナーテクニックを学び、同年Norman England監督の全編英語の作品、”It’s All Good”で映画デビューを果たす。2009年よりJet Setters Managementに所属。

Ako lived in Los Angeles for 5 years. She attended Santa Monica College and majored in both communications and acting. After graduating college, she came back to Japan to participate in the Miss Universe Japan competition and became one of the top 10 finalists in 2007. After the competition, she had the opportunity to be involved in stage production as well as to do modeling in Tokyo. From 2008 until now, she’s been a TV host for Fox Backstage Pass (FOX Japan), interviewing all the movie stars, directors and artists that pass through town promoting their work. Represented by Jet Setters Management since 2009.
